Real estate investment does not disappoint, when you buy finished house, it will remain your own forever, unless you sell it. By then you are likely to make more than you bought it.
Is true that some people are faced with either building from scratch or buying already built house, some prefer building their own house because of cost, design and quality, as in you have control over design and the quality of building materials, ensuring that your house stand the test time. One of the easiest way to buy houses or lands in Nigeria is through property websites. Some sites allow registered agents with offices on their platform. Which means if they are not registered they won't be allowed to use their platform. This ensures that those agents advertising with them are genuine.
